We’re glad to announce the opening of Sara Bichão’s exhibition alongside with Violaine Lochu, at Carpintarias de São Lázaro, in Lisbon.

‘Twin Islands’, projected and curated by Ann Stouvenel and Marcel Dinahet with Finisterrae, Jesse James and Sofia Botelho with VAGA designed this adventure that will continue to São Miguel Island, in the Azores.

‘Twin Islands’ is part of the programming cycle ‘for eyes but not only’ on the occasion of a partnership between CAC Passerelle and Carpintarias de São Lázaro, with the support of Saison France-Portugal 2022 + Câmara Municipal/City Haul Ouessant + Conseil départemental du Finistère + Conseil Régional de Bretagne + DRAC Bretagne – Ministère de la Culture + Institut Français Paris.

The 1st Edition of this project is still on view at CAC Passerelle, in Brest, France.

We inform that at 7pm happened a Performance during which Violaine Lochu activated the piece conceived by Sara Bichão, and that at 7h45pm was released the Inland Journal #31, by Eduardo Matos and André Cepeda, with a text wrote by Sara Bichão during her stay at the lighthouse on the Island of Ouessant.

Public opening on the 2nd September, at 6pm until 9pm.

The exhibition will be held until the 2nd of October 2022.
