This roundtable marks the presentation of the book “Square Root: Sara Bichão”, the culminating stage of the artist’s long-term research, partially revealed in the eponymous exhibition at Appleton Box, curated by Luísa Especial.

The publication includes five original texts by Luísa Especial; curators Noëlig Le Roux, Joana P. R. Neves, and Delfim Sardo; as well as the artist Rui Chafes. All texts are available in English, French, and Portuguese. Book design by Joana Durães.
